Dear Potential Donor,

I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing on behalf of the Chino Hills High School Marching Regiment and Color Guard to invite you to become a valued supporter of our award-winning program. With over 300 students, our program continues to serve as a source of pride for our school and community, offering opportunities for students to grow in leadership, discipline, and teamwork through the powerful medium of music.

On November 8th, 2025, we will be hosting our 2nd annual Harmony in the Hills Tournament, which attracts over 1,500 attendees from across the region. This event offers an excellent platform for your business or organization to gain visibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. We are seeking financial support to help cover the costs of instruments, equipment, transportation, and other essentials that keep our program running at the highest level.

To recognize your generosity, we are pleased to offer the following donation tiers, each with corresponding benefits:

• Bronze Tier - $100: Recognition on our tournament program and social media, and a brief presentation on our large replay screen during the event.

• Silver Tier - $200: All Bronze Tier benefits, plus a longer advertisement on our large replay screen during the event.

• Gold Tier - $500: All Silver Tier benefits, banner with an extended advertisement on the replay screen.

• Platinum Tier - $1,000: All Gold Tier benefits, and recognition on our website, marchinghuskies.com. 4 complimentary tickets to Harmony in the Hills

• Diamond Tier - $5,000: All Platinum Tier benefits, including a larger banner, premium advertisement time, free merchandise, and prominent presentation on our website, marchinghuskies.com.

ALL donations are tax deductible and we will provide you with a receipt! In addition, we deeply appreciate recurring donations, which ensure the long-term success of our program. Your support will not only enhance the tournament experience but also help us continue to provide life-changing opportunities for our students. Many of our students come from diverse backgrounds, and your donation will allow them to excel in music and performance while learning essential life skills such as discipline, dedication, and collaboration.
