8-10:30           Rehearsal

10:30-11:15   Load trailer

11:15              Attendance outside of band room

11:30              Depart for Robert F Kennedy High School Stadium, 1401 Hiett Avenue, Delano CA 93215

3:00                 Arrive in Delano, unload trailer

4:00                 Warm up

6:00                 Performance

8:15                 Awards (this is where we are notified of Sunday’s Performance times)

9:00                 Depart for CHHS

12am               Arrive

 

Sunday:

            Depending on our performance times, this schedule will change!

 11:30               Attendance outside of Band room at CHHS

12:00               Depart for Bakersfield College, 1801 Panorama Drive, Bakersfield CA, 93305

3:00                 Unload trailer

4:00                 Warm up

?                      Performance

9:00                 Awards, full retreat

10:0                 Depart for CHHS

1am                 Arrive

 

Unloading of trailer will take place on Monday morning.    

 

 

DON’T FORGET!

1.     Clean black show shirt, black shorts, black gloves, black calf high socks and marching shoes.

2.     T-shirt, pants and shoes to change into after the performance.  Don’t forget a jacket of sweater.

3.     Eat breakfast before you come to school. Bring money for after

7:00                Parents Volunteers arrive for pit and props

8:15                Band and Guard walk to staging

8:20                Gate                                                                                                 

8:30                PERFORMANCE!!!!!

8:45                Debrief, change out of uniform, load trailer

9:30                Award Ceremony

10:30              Load and depart from Trabuco Hills

11:30              Arrive at CHHS. EVERYONE HELPS UNLOAD. NO ONE LEAVES UNTIL

                        TRAILER IS UNLOADED AND BAND ROOM IS CLEANED.

~12:15           Dismissal

Due to the number of bands in attendance, our parking lot will fill quickly and will be on a first come- first serve basis. Spectator parking will cost $5.00.  PLEASE inform your guests of this before arrival, to avoid conflict. Spectator parking is in our main stadium parking lot, as well as along Chino Avenue, and Pipeline Avenue. Parking on the street is free, however it is further from the stadium ticket entrance.  Absolutely no additional vehicles will be allowed to park on campus with your buses.

 

PROGRAMS: Tournament programs will be on sale at the ticket booth and throughout the stadium for $5.00
